Vision:
To generate professional Human Resources (HR) in the field of Hotelier Program who are able to compete in the national and international standard.
Mission:
1. providing excellent teaching learning processes to generate graduates who are pious, smart, skillful, and have excellent competencies in the field of Hotelier Program, which can be used to improve their lives.
2. Developing students’ competencies comprehensively to generate professional and generous graduates.
3. Implementing a qualified educational system based on the development of information and technology (IT) to produce reliable graduates.

HOTELIER PROGRAM
SMK 1 Pengasih
1. The Chairman
The chairman has the following tasks:
- Preparing programs for development and guidance (weekly, monthly and six monthly)
- Planning , guiding, and supervising the Industrial Work Practices (IWP) to create a qualified IWP
- Improving the quality of Human Resource (HR) and graduates’ competencies
- Coordinating the implementation of teaching learning processes
- Arranging the teaching learning diagram (block schedule)
- Improving students’ sights and work ethics
- Implementing Competency Tests
- Promoting the Students’ Competencies
- Evaluating the Work Programs
- Making reports
2. The Secretary
The tasks of The Secretary are:
- Helping the chairman to prepare the work programs (weekly, monthly and six monthly).
- Writing the reliable administration
- Making a report for each activity
- Helping the chairman to provide the accurate data in accordance with both internal and external necessities
- Assisting the chairman to prepare the evaluation of the work programs

3. The Treasurer
The Treasurer’s duties are:
- Holding the reliable financial administration
- Planning the budget
- Reporting the use of budget in each activity
- Formulating the use of funds and resources
- Making a report of expenditures periodically

a. Human resources development section
Human Resource Development Section has duties:
- Preparing the program for development and improvement of Human Resources
- Analyzing needs of Human Resources
- Arranging the distribution of teaching plan
- Analyzing the needs of modules and equipments to support learning activities
- Helping the head to arrange the teaching learning schedule.
- Developing the programs for students’ activities to support the quality of graduates.
- Holding the certification to show students’ competencies.
- Building and establishing cooperation with related institutions to develop the students’ competencies.
- Making an evaluation and a report of activities in detail.
b. Industry work practice Section
Industry work practice Section has the tasks such as:
- Analyzing the proper DU / DI with the Hotel liar Program.
- Evaluating the implementation of industry work practice
- Making an overall report of industry work practice
- Holding the administration for new students’ data.
- Arranging students’ data of the mutation
- Recapitulating the students’ data from various levels
- Collecting the scores of competency test and certificates.

1. The Head Program
The head Program has the following tasks:

- Managing the agenda and work programs of industrial work practices to support students’ competencies
- Evaluating the implementation of industrial work practices
- Making an overall report of industrial work practices
d. Student Section
Student section’s tasks are:
- Holding the administration for new students’ data.
- Arranging the mutation of students’ data
- Recapitulating the students’ data from various levels
- Collecting the scores of competency tests and certificates
